At Speak and Belong CIC, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. By joining us, you will help create a welcoming, inclusive space where migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and local residents can build confidence, learn English, and feel a true sense of belonging. Volunteer roles available
- Conversation Club Support Volunteer
Help learners practise speaking English in a relaxed and friendly environment.

- Classroom Support Volunteer
Support teachers during ESOL or Functional Skills English lessons.

- Early Years & Family Support Volunteer
Assist with activities for parents and young children in our family programmes.

- Digital Skills Support Volunteer
Help learners build confidence using phones, computers, and online services.

- Creative Workshop Volunteer
Support arts, crafts, wellbeing, and cultural activities.

Who can volunteer?
We welcome everyone! You do not need teaching qualifications.
